KAKA

A webapp that shows the statistics of the complaints that has been reviewed by the caseworkers in NAV Klageinstans. Before we made KAKA the statistics would be provided quarterly and included a lot of administration work, now the statistics is provided in real time and hours of administration is no longer needed.

 
 
  • They used to do this in Excel, and that both affected the quality of the data and made the job a hassel for everyone involved. They needed the statistics to be easier to get, more intuitive and accessible.

  • Digital product designer. Involved different stakeholders and possible users of the product. Made quick wireframes to get some early feedback on our ideas and choose which direction we should go.

  • Everything we designed has been co-created with the people that will use the product. We facilitated workshops, made prototypes in Figma, and involved stakeholders in the process from start.

We gave the stakeholders assignments to complete in Mural in a workshop. This helped us understanding their needs, gather ideas and understand how we could make a solutions that would solve the problems they had today. We set up the groups so that different roles and interests where represented in each group. Each group presented their challenges and needs, what they wanted and dream scenario.

After the first workshop and more input from some of the stakeholders we arranged a meeting where we presented some ideas to how the solution might look like. We showed some examples and got feedback on our ideas before we started developing a solution.

The caseworkers register the review of the complaint to give feedback to the caseworker that handled the applications before the user complained.

Everyone in NAV can see the statistics and filter to see more specifically how the quality is and plan for how to adjust the quality when they see patterns.
