KAKA
A webapp that shows the statistics of the complaints that has been reviewed by the caseworkers in NAV Klageinstans. Before we made KAKA the statistics would be provided quarterly and included a lot of administration work, now the statistics is provided in real time and hours of administration is no longer needed.

They used to do this in Excel, and that both affected the quality of the data and made the job a hassel for everyone involved. They needed the statistics to be easier to get, more intuitive and accessible.

Digital product designer. Involved different stakeholders and possible users of the product. Made quick wireframes to get some early feedback on our ideas and choose which direction we should go.

Everything we designed has been co-created with the people that will use the product. We facilitated workshops, made prototypes in Figma, and involved stakeholders in the process from start.
Everyone in NAV can see the statistics and filter to see more specifically how the quality is and plan for how to adjust the quality when they see patterns.
